General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Larger Story within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and handling. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Read our full General Returns Policy for information on exchanges, and for further details and policy exceptions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
Items that are Not Returnable or Refundable
Larger Story does not accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:
Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Spiritual Direction Sessions that have been attended or that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of the session.
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any item that has obvious signs of use
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, or cassette tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted)
Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Larger Story Summit
- Request a refund before February 2nd, 2022 or earlier and receive a full refund
- Request a refund after February 2nd, and before February 17th, 2022 to receive a partial refund of 50%.
- Request a refund February 18th, 2022 or later and a refund will not be issued.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling, once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
